just wondering just how many Kw my TR 2.6L has at the wheels standard

dont quote me on this but i think it's around 60-70 ATW.

I got my beloved TR Wagon (may it rest in peace) dynoed when it was totally standard and it achieved 89.7 hp at the front wheels and if I remember correctly it was 66.4 kw - I can double check at home.

well 60-70 was pretty close if it is 66 :P. Stock VP's are only 90 something, so i dont see why we cant do a couple of minor upgrades to beat 'em, all though they do have alot more torque hmmmm

vp's dont have **** on the v6 magna my v6 ts eats my mats vp i just got traction problems at the moment .

VP's are about 1500-1700 kg(cant remember exactly) compared to 1350kg of the TR :nuts: . I'm talking about the 4 cylinder, the 6 has 120kw FWD compared to 125kw RWD, so of course they're gonna be able to keep up/win. I'm thinking forced induction is the only way to get any real gains out of an astron II.
