Hey guys, random question I know....

But my car is currently in my home town at my dads, til I get licence back, and I have forgotten how big the standard speaker holes are etc etc etc...

So just wondering if someone could tell me the size of the standard front n rear speakers, so if I wanted to get replacements without cutting holes etc, I would know wat size to get. Thanks

Stating your model might be useful.

profile says ur a 3.5 so i assume its a 3rd gen which means its got 6" in the front doors and 6x9" on the rear parcel shelf.

as htis s in the 2nd gen forums it should be 6'' on the rear shelf and 4'' in the dash. If it is a verada it will have 6.5'' in the front doors replacing the dash peakers. Putting 6x9's in tr's is simple becasue the 6'' are on a riser covering a 6x9 sized hole

So the riser is easily removed and you can chuck the 6x9's in the back? and the 4inchs are in the front and can be easily changed?

thanks.

I also own a TR SE. Just take the tock speakers out
and there is four screws holding the risers in.

Dash speakers are harder. I reacomend putting 6" in your front doors. There is already a hole in the for the verda models, all you have to do is cut out the trim.

Cheers
