you can see in between the 6'9s theres a massive hole which looks like where a sub might go, does anyone know what its for?

Its there to tempt people into cutting it up and putting a sub there so they can get defected. :gtfo:

In my 97 TF Advance that part is actually held in by some screws.
But the hole is only 25cm wide so u cant put big subs in maybe a 10" will fit dunno if a 12" will and ive read somewhere that they didnt put them in cause they made the shelf rattle and blow the 6x9s.
