ok my muffler on my v6 TS is rooted it has about 50 holes in it and it sounds like **** and is anoying me anyways i got a 5" cannon sitting in my room ive had for a while now was gunna wait and get all mandrel bent 2 1/4" piping put on but cant afford it at the moment and work is dead. so if i put the cannon on my car instead of the old muffler will it give it any more sound of just as quite as stock

it is a 2 1/4" inlett with a 7" barrel and 5 " tip

it will be loud, ppl will notice you!! put it on and see for yourself.

its a canon, its gonna b a lot louder. many of the ppl with canons these days just have stock piping with the canon on the end.

I used to have a cannon on stock piping on my TS V6 and it droned like there was no tomorrow. I then got a 2 1/2" cat back installed and it was still extremely loud with the cannon on. I got defected as it read 98db. They do sound cool but very loud.

it will have that 4" exhaust on a excel sound, but apparently its the note to have around the maccas car parks


it'll only be 50 bucks to put on, go for it. if it sounds to ricey then find a cheap second hand muffler for them to put on for another 50 and keep saving for the full system with a mid muffler aswell

cars with a bit more power dont seem to sound too bad with canons, personally my 2.5 into cannon with 5 inch tip is quite quiet. Most of the noise sound like induction just air getting in and then out, i like it...

i havent driven mine in a few days but i dont think it drones.

TR ENVY picked up a cheap cat back exhuast system for like 70bucks dude

CHEAP being the key word. and most cheap exhausts sound like they were indeed 70 dollars fitted :confused:

i've got 2 1/2 cat back and we cut out the middle resonater. it still has the mini hotdog just before the rear pipe starts and a luke megaflow rear muffler and it sounds nice. not loud at all. waiting for extractors to turn up. just took the cai off for the hell of it to hear what it sounds like. not bad under load
