anybody heard much about them?? are they any good etc??

hope so as i just bought 2 X 12" 850W Epsilon Subs in enclosed seal box +
and EPSILON 1 ohm 950RMS monoblock amp for $500 of a mate who was desperate for money, been used for 2 months

has all the receipts, amp cost 600 and the subs were 500 for the 2, and the box was 150, also got a stinger i think wiring kit which is running 4 guage wire with some capacitor thingo ( i know jack about stereos) and is damn heavy, amp also has a remote control to control the bass etc.

anyways - did i get a deal or is it an average purchase?? heard them in his 02 pulsar, sounded very nice and clear to me, but as i said, i know sh!t about this type of stuff.

will post pics if it helps to understand what im talking about

discuss...

i personally haven't heard of them, but if u heard them in a pulsar, and will be installed in your pulsar, and u liked them, then yes, that is a huge bargain! try and get a sub and amp package for under $500 anywhere else!

Congrats, looks like a good deal. I was checking out epsilon gear the other week. Only cos I'd never heard of them before, I couldn't find much info on them, but with 950 w rms you can't really go wrong.

Stinger wiring isnt cheap either.

I got an Epilson sub knocking around and I wasn't impressed at all with the build quality. See http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14273. Mind you, the more expensive epilson stuff is good, and I've only ever seen it available at GCCS.

haha, the rear parcel shelf is being removed and being replaced with some 12mm MDF, and the whole boot enclosure is turning into my sub box with the 2 subs in the top, with the amp mounted under the passenger seat.

my mate is doing it who knows about this stuff so im just going to let him do his thing, I did tell him hes dead however if the back of the car vibrates like some cheapass rice wannabe car, he laughed and said he is goiing to be sound deadening it or some sh!t - i have no clue, i just want it to sound good :)

and Eric, no BWCP for me saturday night, i just drove straight past as I had some female company waiting at my house ;)

and Meh, apparently they are exclusive to GCCC or something on the goldie? allthough i could be wrong.

Sounds to me like another one of GCCS's own brands. Last year I bought a pair of what I thought were Nakamichi splits with the Nak logo and all on them only they were fakes. Dodgy or just plain dodgy
