What can i put behind my speakers in my doors to stop the weather getting to them?

there was a plastic sheet that sat between the door metal and the door trim... but i had to cut holes in them cos the magnet is in the door heaps. and anyways, the plastic rustles even at low volume.

We usually make a little "roof" from either sound deadening or fibreglass. :)
