hey anyone know where i can get some boss amps fixed they are at my work they were sent to us by accident and straighfield can be ****ed getting them. i think some have gone into protection model anyone know how to get it off cause then i will have like 3 boss amps at my disposal :P

This is what you do, Get in a boat....

Go a km out to sea and drop them. This should fix your problem.

Besides that protection mode will turn off after a few minutes with the amp off to let it cool down. This happens after overheating or if the amp has been loaded down too much.

I think what is the more likely solution is a blown mosfet or fried circuits. Ring up Boss and see what they have to say possibly. There might be known faults with this model.

Don't spend too much money on them though.

stack them up, use them as doorstoppers...frame them, hang them off your wall to look cool. if not, take them apart for the hell of it.

Why dont you just mount the three of them on ur bonnet as ive never seen it before and would be fully sick... NOT..!!!!!
