Anywayz my main question is; while i've got the rocker cover off is there anything else i should do appart from cleaning the rocker arms and the underside of the cover?

they are the tappets that tap tap tap the top of the valves

little round cylinders that are hydrualic

when you clean the lash adjusters made sure no dirt gets in them (obviously)

soak the rocker arms in diesal to clear all crap off them...when you put the new lash adjusters in make sure they get oiled b4 placement
