Went to rotate my wheels today and when i did the front end the passenger hub with the wheel on spins around in park and handbrake on and the drivers site spins an inch wither way with the same setup ? any ideas if that should be right ?

Also getting vibrate on front end when accelerating not braking can this be a cause from the above ?

Sorry its a 92 auto TR

well the front wheels will always spin with the hand brake on as it only works the back wheels
don't know about it spinning in park though
