Heya all!!

I have a 96, V6 TS magna with bout 100,000ks on the clock! Over the last year or so the steering wheel when braking, taking off at lights, does a shudder and shake!! I have had the brakes replaced, shocks replaced, both cv's replaced, new tyres, and wheel alignments, but its still there! When a relie drove my car recently, he made a comment about it, and said he thinks it is the driveline or somethng like that! Any suggestions??

If its when braking it will mean you need to machine ur discs...

its when braking, and taking off at lights, and sometimes going around corners! It feels like im driving over a really bumpy road when the wheel shudders and shakes, when im not, im driving on flat road surface!! Mitsubishi replaced and machiend brakes, and suggested i replace tyres, which i did! Prob still there! Cheers

a mate of mine had a similar problem but in a falcon and it was the steering rack which would cost him about a grand to fix so he just deals with it. dunno if its the same with magnas but maybe mitsu could have better idea what it is.
