after months of looking for a 'sik' ride to buy for my first car (im only 16 but i wanna mod it a bit) i came back ot the humble magna....aparently its a grandma car, but i like the TS i think it looks kinda jap drifting cos of the front...now i was wondering what sort of things i should be looking out for when purchasing a TS, whats some things that usually go wrong with them? I ahve around 4-5 thousand to spend form my trolly pushing so im looking at a car around 150,000 kays which i rekon is ok :cool:

If your heart is set on a TS, get a V6 manual, thats the best setup they ever brought out in the 2nd gens.

I love my verada, but for that money you should be able to pick a decent magna. and there are heaps for sale

u want a drift inspired magna. don't go past deep dish rims, damn they look good. lower it abit with a 2" mandrel bent system with a middle muffler.

and if ya didn't know, magnas are FWD and so can't drift very well at all.

yeah im not planning on drifitng a FWD :P lol but yeah they LOOK like a drift car, lol....what do u guys think would look good?
