It's been covered many times mate. Basically,
Early TR (91) compared to late TR (93), there were very little differences. I think the middle console got a lid, the boot garnish changed from grey to red. Also the late TR had the option of a V6.
Late TR(93) to early TS (94) there was next to no difference, except the TS grill has a split in the middle, and i do believe the rear boot garnish was the same red/grey 2 tone. early TS(94) to late TS (95) i'm pretty sure the late TS had the colour coded boot garnish with the chrome mits lettering.
that's all i can think of for now. You're better off getting a V6 TR/TS.

Visually very similar, mechanically, i'm not so sure. I mean obviously there are massive diffences between the 4 and the 6, power, bigger brakes etc.

They arn't expensive at all, $50 if you do them yourself. Just buy touch up spray paint, plastic primer and some clear coat and you're laughing. It's actually easier to paint them on the car than taking them off and painting them.

See attached pics, in the one where blue is showing on the back bumper, it's actually got sticky tape there (i ran outer masking tape, use masking tape not sticky tape!). make sure you also masking tape the gaps in the newpaper, cuz paint dust can get up in there. Also get a heat lamp if possible, or just do it on a hot day (make sure in a garage or something if it's windy).

The only obvious structural difference between TR and TS is that TS have height adjusters in the "B" pillars for the front seat belts, TR don't.
TR GLX and executives have a grey rear garnish, while TS executives have a colour-coded garnish with reflective taillight extentions and chrome lettering.
TR SE, Elite and XI verada have the red garnish.
TR Elite's and Xi verada's had different taillights with clear indicators as well
Xi verada also has the "chunky" bumpers with front indicators and parabolic lights.
colour coded bumpers were standard on SE and above
TS grille has a vertical bar down the centre the TR doesn't
In the 4cyl there were some minor revisions in the engine and efi designs and the TS 2.6 is better on fuel and has a little more power than the TR.
central lock was standard from 93 TR onward in all models.
thats about all i can think of.

I don't believe the parabolic lights came in until the KS Verada, where the bumper bar essentially became the same as the Magna's (ie. no longer "chunky")
