Hey guys...

Thinking about painting the interior this weekend and was wondering how you get the surrounds around the power window buttons off. Is it just a matter of prying them off the a flat head screw driver covered in a bit of cloth?

Also, I've done an extensive search but can't find the "how to" guides on removing the dash. Can anyone point me in the direction of this?

Cheers,
Horgz

I took my door trim off the other day while i was installing a switch my air horns and noticed that the surround for the window switches is attatched to the unit. I think you'll have to remoe the entire unit first then removethe surround. Mine needs repainting as the black has worn off in spots. When I do it i'll let you know if you want.

to remove the power window arm rest thignies, you can open your door trim and its simple to pull off (no need to undo the screws). With regards to trying to pry them off with the door still attached.. ummm. . i did it the other day, like i bashed it out (no damage done) - and bashing it back in when your finished. . . but you might risk damaging the side where you would put your screwdrier in.

take the trim off... much easier :)
