Hey fellas, how ya doin.

I drive a 98 Verada ei. In the car atm i have the double din deck(u kno the one with the cassette and the cd player) and i have the sanyo stacker (6 stacker) anyways, the other day i hooked up with a 12 inch sub and an amp. Now im waiting to save up a bit and get a quality deck so i thought in the mean time that i will use the stock deck, which is not too bad if u ask me..anyway, i wanted to know, does anyone know if the stock deck has rca output on the back or do i have to buy the converters 2 ??

Cheers boyz

Only the Ralliart magna comes with a deck that has a RCA outputs. So im gathering you have hooked the amp up with its high level inputs? Low line level converts can be used to turn you high level speaker outs to RCA outs.

oh man...even the Xi doesn't have it?? that'd suck the big one if not. anyone heard of the wireless FM transmitters? are they any good? just a quick fix until i can get a decent head unit with RCA's. dont know what mitsubishi was thinking when they put the 10 stack in the boot.....

Nice thread mine!
But yeh new deck or line converters. fn transmitters work, but the qualit is no where near as good as an rca connection.

And usually you're faced with incredible signal loss, unless you have some way to superglue the FM transmitter next to the deck :bowrofl:
