hey all...... im SOOOOOOOOOOOOO friggin tempted to buy a TJ sports. The prices are awesome for the car you can get. I have a TH advance now and not a thing wrong with it.. But just the power I want more of it. What would one have to do to my TH to get it to go like a TJ sports?
Thanks

there isnt much difference in power really, if your TH is a 3.5 there is nothing i dont tthink? better off doing a few simple mods on your TH and getting the same result for a lot less hassle
edit: didnt even read ur question im tired lol. A few simple breathing mods would bring it up to spec. IE CAI w/ pod. Exhaust and Extractors.

The only real problem is your transmission. If its an auto, then the TJ Sports has a much better 5sp tiptronic that helps it to perfom better.
If you have a manual TH, then there is no reason you car can't be just as fast or faster than a TJ Sports.

I pretty sure mine has 163 kw's, a few more than standard a 3.5 Lt, I asked a dealership and they said it was exhaust and mapping of the chip that were different. I'm pretty sure they have the same engine Vr-x's have too. You'll really know the difference from tiptronic auto to 5 speed manual though as the manual really takes advantage of the power.
Oh yeah you get nice seats, white dials with red numbers at night, leather gear knob, leather steering wheel, alloys (16 inch are not my fav's) gotta get 17's, fog lights, and a cool looking rear wing etc etc. Hope I did'nt leave nothing out lol.

get rid of the spoiler, keep the 16s, and you have yourself a great sleeper that is capable of outruning lots of cars on the road. but you have to get the 5sp man! and it's lighter than the vrxs!
