Heya
I used to have 2 x 12" pioneer bullets pumpin 137.5db in my car. Got over it all and sold em...but now im missin the bass in some songs.
I dont wanna spend to much, and was hoping for a 15. (size matters) :)
Dont want so much bass like b4 thatll shake everything to hell but would like something that i can crank on occasions.
Im a fan of pioneer so was hoping to go with them...
also ill need an amp...any ideas?

15's are ballistic, i used to have two of em and sent myself slightly deaf... im seriouse.... :?
The pioneers are sweet as are kicker, when it comes to amps i sware by kicker. Sony ones arn't to bad but BOSS amps are cheap and powerful... worth a look

If you want some crazy bass get some JL Audio Subs they rock or Kicker L7 or some Alpine Type R. Check out the JL W7, awesome sub

mate
ive got 2 12" kicker comp vr's in my boot running off a 1000wt monoblock amp.
not boasting too much, but these have to be the most bassy subs ive seen in a very long time, soo much so, i run them at 1/2 power, and amp at 1/2 power, cos there just too bloody deep and loud. !!
if u live in melb, u can come check em out before u go buy other subs !

man you were seilly to get rid of the bullet's in the first place. ah well, those things woulda cranked with a good amp. Um if u dunt wanna spen too much but want a wicked sund go for JL W3's, retail for bout $490. 15" i reckon dont give you the quality. But if you get two 12's thatd be nice. Good luck :)

if your going absolute quality - 2 x 10's and 2 x 15's would be my choice - if money wasnt an issue!!

For me money will allways be an issue, so two 12" do me very very nicely.

check out the local trading post. You can pick up a good deal there.
I bought my radar detector for 280 worth 849 in the shops legit and all. Good buy!
Cadence amps are pretty nice.
If you are going to buy 2 Subs..
Get the Q4000 and run it bridged at 4ohms. (Costs is around $549 so its fairly cheap)
Or get the Monoblock.. mm yummy. (rrp: 599?)
Ill be buying the monoblock in a few months. Currently i got a Q4000 (4way, running bridged for each sub)
Pioneer all the way mate..
Dont even think of deferring from Pioneer!
