hey all. just wondering if anyone has a camera and 5 mins spare time could they take a few pics of the vacuum servo on the manual trans? and where each vacuum hose ends up? my 5th gear isn't working and ive found that of the 3 vacuum hoses... 1 is missing and another has a snapped connection. only happened after it came back from the damn mechs

thanks

brendan

this guy is a champion lol

carby manual 1st gens are the go guys. if u bought an efi anything ur right up shizen creek without a paddle. if u bought an auto anything u are with the efi guys up that same creek. dosen't leave much does it haha

oh and btw that pic helps heaps. do u still have that gearbox? can u take some more pics of the vacuum tank and where that other vacuum hose goes as it looks like it goes right over the gearbox from the vacuum tank.

lol jason (turbo_charade) decided to throw away that vacuum tank on me AGES ago. "it's just a charcoal canister man, it dosen't need to be there"... hmmm...

i would assume though that it would just plug into the rest of the vacuum system. not sure though

think this is what you ment, the hose with the arrow to it is about 2' long and looks like it clamps to a vacume somplace on the motor its just sitting on top of the box rest of it you can see in the pic

Cheers Pete
