Guys Im wondering if all i need to overhawl the cooling system on a 1995 Ts is the below

Temp sensor
Temp sensor housing gaskit
Top radiator pipe
Bottom radiator pipe
5L of coolent fluid

I just rip off the pipe and temp sensor and shove the garden hose on full ball through the engine and the radiator right? Then shove new hoses on... How do I know how tight to put the waterpump after im done?

Their is a drain plug some where at the bottom of the engine but the workshop manual didn't say where exactly.
Aslo long as your thermo stat housing is off the garden hose idea will work. but try running the water through it a few times.
While the belt is off check the bearing in the water pump for wear, it should be resonable tight and smooth
To tension the belt.
Pull the water pump foward and tightin the bolt closest to you for now.
Place a ruler on the two wheels of the water pump and the one on the head.
Get a second ruler an place it between the two wheels and push down, you are looking for a 4-6mm movement downwards. (I think 4-6mm is right)
When this is achived tightin the rest of the bolts and you should be ready to go.
Warning -- make sure the belt isn't perished or it could end up costing you more
