Hi all,

I'm a few days off acquiring my 2003 black TJ II Sports AWD Magna (with sunroof :P ) very excited.

Does anyone know any good Mitsubishi dealers in Melbourne - preferably around Richmond - or at least a good mechnic - if not a Mitsu mechanic?

My last car - Holden Vectra was reqularly molested by people who didn't seem to be very familiar with the car - and I'm keen to avoid that again!

Thanks for the suggestions guys! Goes to show that good mechanics are few and far between - like good GPs and good politicians - perhaps I shouldn't go that far lol!

Yarra Valley Automotive
Industrial Park Drive
Lilydale.

I've been going to him for years now, and I'll never go anywhere else.
Good for minor - major servcing, performance upgrades and spare parts (he owns the autopro next door)

I now live 20 mins away from Lilydlae, but still make the trip out there, it well worth the drive.

Mal 'Madmagna' use to do all my work on my Verada's and he was the best by far.
He is very thorough and fixed many problems that dealers couldnt fix or couldnt be bothered fixing. Very highly recomend him but he's in Adelaide at the moment.

Thank you again for your help!

At least I have a few options now!

Is Mad Mal coming back to Melbourne by any chance?

hows Chastone Mitsubishi? i had my car serviced there, it was pretty good in my opinion, and they washed my car for me.... but they tried to convince me to do an injector cleaning for $140 and a power steering flush for $240...... :bowrofl:
