Greetings All.

For all of those that know well of audio brands...How do you guys rate the following amps??

I need an amp to power my front splits so these are the choices...

-Sound Stream 2x60WRMS $250
-Alpine V-Power 2x50WRMS $190
-Cadence 2x50WRMS $190
-Coustic 2x50WRMS $200
-Coustic 2x75WRMS $270

Im mainly after a SQ system...But i want a little doof doof! (Will be provided by a 12" Kicker EX for now...Still looking for a cheapish amp for it)

My System is as follows...

Source: Pioneer DEH-4650MP
Front Stage: JL Audio TR-600 CXi
Front Stage Amp: NONE!
Sound Deadening: Stinger Roadkill Expert
Sub: Kicker EX 12"
Sub Amp: NONE!

Thanks All!

are u going to upgrade ur front splits at anytime in the future? if u definately are, u might aswell go all out and get the 2x75wrms amp. coustic arent a bad brand.

if u are gunna stick with the speakers u have (50wrms correct) then i would definately go the Cadence or Coustic 2x50wrms amps. both are decent build quality. the Alpine is overrated for sure and the Sound Stream is overpriced for wat u get.

just my 2c

I'm not a big fan of the Power series. But still Alpine make some really good amps.

I'd recommend the Soundstream but I'd be biased.

Out of the Brands there in terms of quality I'd say Soundstream, Alpine, Coustic, Cadence.

Power ratings mean nothing if you aren't getting a clean signal at that rating.
Also consider a 4 channel bridged.

Peace

I'd also lean towards the soundstream, and I dont own picassos ;)
