Hey all, what can cause fueling issues after running a car for a while and mainly while pushing anywere above 3G, so far i have tried 4 diffrent carbys, a new manifold, a new pump (well 3), cheked timing ect, pretty sure its not getting enough fuel, thats what a friend of mine thinks to,
can the charcole canister have much effect on it, this has been suggested by a few ppl, and vaccume has also been suggested, yet ive tried a few diffrent setups even facotry, ive even tried a mechanical fuel pump instead of the electric one, and now im realy starting to get frustrated, any help is greatly appreciated
thanks
Scott
This may be a slightly silly question, but have you replaced the fuel filter lately?

yet when its cold its fine and the fuel filter appears clean, also, now my car started stuffing up again after a short drive this morning i was pissed off so reved it crasy would normaly never go past 6, now it goes to 7.5 with no resistance and suddenly picked up an exhaust note, and still isnt right, yet ill change the filter now and if that doesnt fix it ill change the lines to

dont replace ure lines, just disconnect the hoses to the tank, and to the fuel system in the engine bay, and have pressurised air blown through them.... same diff basically, but hella cheaper.only if the lines are crimped will there be a problem, and crimped lines are easy to spot.
