Ok, posting this on behalf of a friend who doesnt have the net, or even a tv. lets call him Amish  . Anyway, what the prob is, is quite odd. what will happen, is pressurisation, but in the weirdest way.
If the car has a full tank of petrol, and the car is driven for a while, pressure will build up and fuel will start spilling out of one of the lines that lead into the charcoal cannister. to be specific the closest line to the drivers side tyre well.
Now I havent really been into the engine bay or underneath the car to have a look, as I was told about this the other day, I personally reckon the line is blocked.
If no cap is on the petrol tank hose then the pressure will build up, but half of it will 'ease' out.
Apparently if only affects the car with a full tank and after the car has been driven for pressure to build. Half a tank and below it doesnt affect it.
So what are your guys thougths on this. I can get more info if needed. but i reckon it's as simple as a blocked line.
