Guys, some wheels I am looking at gettin are as follows

If anyone knows if they will or wont fit, it'd be much appreciated

16x7 should be fine. Put on 225/55 R16 or 215 60 R15 tyres and with an
offset of 40mm the tres should be within the wheel arch.
The PCD of 114.3 is also correct as well as the number of stud holes. The
only thing to worry about is the spigot diameter which I presume is your
hub diameter of 73.5. I am not sure of the correct spigot diameter. You
need to get the correct one as otherwise the weight of the car will be on
the studs which is a big no no.
