This has happened twice now. When driving around one day my cars battery and oil light just came on and powering steering fails but a few seconds later its all back to normal?? what is this? am i low on something, ive jjust put in more powersteering fluid. any ideaS?

There was a factory recall on these, a friend had hers fixed about a year and a half ago.

Go to mits, tell then the power steering "turns off" every now and again and they should know what needs doing. It has something to do with the ecu from memory.
