Hey guys, I got nice sony explod speakers in the front and my door handles and surround rattle, has anyone stopped this, I am thinking some sort of double sided tape on the opposite side of the handle covers so when they are screwed in they wont rattle, but dont know what to do about the handles themselves.

And turning down stereo is not an option. :badgrin:

Nah I checked everything, just the handles and surrounds, it did'nt happen at first but over a week they started rattling under the vibration of the speakers, too much bass, hehehehehe. :p

It's not the window winder, is it? I know I got one that rattles.

yeah.... my door handles are fine as well but those damn window winders :x

If you pull the door trim off there is a white bup sorta thing where the handle is that you use to pull your door shut with - i took mine out cos it was loose and i couldn't find a reason for it being in there - i dunno what it does or what it was for - but it was loose in my car so it would have rattled - maybe take that out??

My speaker is also mounted on MDF too, instead of that OEM plastic mould too.

ya ive had problems with those door handles rattling, among many other things rattling, spose 2 1000w 15"s in the boot reveals a few problems u wouldn't normally find :D

i got 2 usaudio dual vicecoil 15" subs at 500 RMS each.

there not main stream names but i am verry happy with them and am never short of compliments from others. :D

+ aswell i got a mate at autobarn who gets me everything cost price :D :D
