Look in the yellow pages under motor trimmers,
I pay $80 for new fabric/foam fitted to a sedan backing board I remove myself and take in, in the back of my ute. The same place charge $180 including R&R. repaired this way the roof lining looks like new.
If glue has been used as a bodgy fix then they won't guarantee that the new fabric and glue will stick because some of the old foam is held by the glue used in the bodgy fix and can't be removed, this can come loose.

yeah take the roof panel out yourself, and get them to re-foam and re-stick new fabric onto it, i paid $90 for mine to get done, unfortunatly its a common problem with old magnas. If your really lazy there business's that come out to your home and do it there and then, cant remember who i went through but, the service was great.
