On the TN wagon there is small spolier which run across the top of the rear door which seems to be made of plastic dose anyone know if this can be romoved?

not sure as never wanted to remove one but why would you thay make the rear look the way it does any way im not saying you can might look way cooler never tried

It's not made of plastic, and yes it can be removed, 4 screws and a nut, remove the plastic cover and there exposed. i changed mine ages ago, grey to silver, to break up the colors. doesnt really stand out as much, which is also good in a way

cool the reason I need to remove it is the rust has got under it and I need to get to it.

I'd never believe that a Magna would have rust. Geez.... :badgrin:
*this is coming from someone who spent yesterday fixing rust under the taillight and rear facia of his Elante :P

Yeah, that area was pretty bad with rust. they never really took the time to make proper drain channels for the water. luckily the wagons never had that, only the tailgate itself got rusty. so no major fuss.
Hehe! I've not got any rust on my car, bar the roof! Nerny!

Just about every door in my wagon is being eaten away by rust!!!!!!!! The structure is great but the doors are rotten! :cry:

which is why i replaced my doors and just coated the crap out of them with fish oil.

Same here with the doors. The rear (where I just fixed) was only just starting to bubble (got it just in time).
