Make sure your power cables and your rca's arent anywhere near each other then if that doesnt work get better shielded rca's
dont run power and rca cables together, feed them down opposite sides of the car
check the grounding to your headunit and amp(s)
if worse comes to worse,
buy new rca cables, change the cabling from the battery to the alternator and ground cables.
Its just a matter of trial and error until u pinpoint what it is...the very worst would probably be burnt RCA tracks on headunt/amp(s)
if u wanan cross rca cbales and power cables, do it at perpendicular

Try and not to run ur rca's around the CPU. (Actually be wary of running them behind the dash as there is a lot of 'noise' back there.)
Good quality shielded RCA's and 4v+ pre outs usually do the trick.

Check grounding to ur headunit and amp. Try and locate the problem. Unplug ur rca's at the amp. If it still happens then, it is a problem with the amp's ground.

The noise on your RCA leads shouldn't get worse as you turn the volume up on the head unit. If it does then the power supply to your head unit will need to be filtered better.
If the noise doesn't change with your volume then it's probably being picked up by the leads themselves so that positioning or lead quality are likely to be the only factors.
You can also minimise this with proper level setting on your amplifyer. You might want to try lowering the gain on your amp to improve your Signal to Noise Ratio and also make use of all of those 5 volts from the head unit.
Hope this Helps.
