Just a quickie...
does anyone know if the crank, rods and heads off a pajero fit into a 6g72 magna block...?
will it fit and has it been done...?
only asking as i would prefer to stroke it before i boost it...

Dont know about the pajero stuff for the 3ltr but RPW does have kits for the 3ltr
The wedsite is www.rpw.com.au
They have kits of up to 3.2ltr.
Tom
edit: well kinda kits they bore and stroke it and u get new pistons etc.

if you are talking about putting 3.5 litre gear into a 3.0 then no is the answer...the 3.5 block is roughly 1inch 1.5 inch taller to account for the longer stroke.

um you meant 3.5 into 3 monjunior
but yeah unless u bore and stroke the 3ltr then the pajero parts wont fit, even then they are prob designed to have more torque so u would put the 6G75 parts in.

6g75 is 3.8 pajero parts....no chance of fitting.....im thinking we may see that engine in the diamante (magna replacement though).
thanks for the correction tf...it is late

lol yes it is late monjunior and we all make mistakes.
yeah the 3.8 will be in the next magna with MIVEC not the same as the pajero one but im guessing close enough to it.
