hi i have owned my 2002 magna ralliart tj for about 4 weeks, i used to have a 1997 ei verada. im looking to improve the sound of the engine out the back end without to much groaning . nice deep rumble if poss. what else could be changed under the bonnet as im not sure as the ralliart has a few changes in relation to the average magna, its done @6000km so the engine is barely run in, its been in a show room in melbourne for a year then used by the managing dealer and shipped to perth.
your feed back would be appreciated thanx :bouncin:

If you ask me, it's already got a nice deep rumble! I know my TJ Sports with just extractors rumbles like a sleeping ogre at idle :D It's subtle though, not very loud. If you want rumble and not growl or bark I'd be looking for a good sized muffler, straight through, 2.5" inlet and outlet.. put whatever tip on you like. Stay away from canons.

they had six for sale ranging from 24,990 - 32,000 and kms from 6000 km - to 12,000 km
at john huges in perth, they had manual and auto but , the missus only said yes when i relented to get a triptronic auto. still goes good minus a second or so , but i can still play with five gears and they all hold. just have to stop trying to put my left foot thru the fire wall :bowrofl: :bowrofl: :bowrofl: :bowrofl: :bowrofl:

Leave the original resonator and cat, and just upgrade exhaust to 2.5inch with straight through muffler and tip. Should sound nice. Also consider an airpod. Will give more rumble also and the airintake noise. Shouldn't pay more than $550 for all that installed.
