Is it difficult to replace an engine mount (the rubber bit) in a TJ magna? How much are these mounts? Help please mine are pretty shagged!!

What do you think has caused this?

Seems alot of late model magnas are chewing engine mounts.....

mine are fine and its done 160,000

the top drivers side mount is exactly the same auto/manual??

were i'm pretty sure the lower ones have 2 diff types for auto manual...

so guessin theres the cause theres only 1 mount for the top most likely find split top mounts are on manuals the most... or auto's who drive them like manuals revving them higher lot more pressure engine movement


mitsu think are over 200 for the whole mount/rubber

repco have the rubber $51 just gotta pay some one to press it in...

which 1 would think wouldnt be to much...

Mine spat the top mount two days ago... Back for warranty she goes....

I have a 10tonne hydraulic press. Newcastle. PM for details.

My top drivers mount has been busted for a few months.. probably as long as my left CV has been clunking :) Fix soon.
