I Just installed a new Deck and used a OEM harness and followed the wiring as was labbelled and now my deck wont turn off with the Key..

How do you wire it up so it Turns off with the key ??
I noticed that the Stock cassetee deck could be turned on when the key was removed yet still turn off with the key ..

I'd say you've wired up the remote wire from the HU to the permanent 12v of the car. Check your wires with a multimeter with the car off and on.

Fixed it..
The Stock speakers go quite hard with a bit of power behind them..
