Actually ALDI have been selling the odd non grocery items and some have been really good. Occasionally they come out with this cheap but very good PC system and they sell like hotcakes... bizarre but true. From what I saw they outdo your Harvey Normans and good ol Dicky brands. Not that I would ever buy one though.

The Basket is way too large to fit in the hole..
I Did connect them up How ever and they Sounded good for the Money, nice Deep response not very good High End but they did sound OK, they are no where near Pioneer Quality but do sound better then stock..
See my Post "Cheap set up" for my latest results..
Yeah i wouldn't neccessarily laugh at it just yet. As been said before the PC's they sell on occassions are actually terrific deals. When i got my PC last year i spent a lot of time researching the actual specific compontents i wanted in the PC and how much it would cost. And dont get me wrong i was never going to comprimise on quality. Upon seeing the specifications that the "Tevion" PC's had i was actually quite shocked. Not only was it much cheaper then rival department stores (who would buy from there anyway?!)..it was actually almost cheaper then me buying each individual part and building the PC myself. Even PC forums where singing its praise. I came remarkably close to purchasing one.
I later learned that the "Tevion" parts are actually made in Europe (Germany probably makes sense as AUDI is a German store). Whether or not that dictates quality is anyones guess, but i guess its better then being made in China or some other countries.
all i know is that Aldi brands.....are just other brands "rebadged" they sample a massive range of products....pick 1 which they beleive is best, and rebadge it as a brand unique to Aldi stores. ofcourse what they beleive is best is not always what u think is best. i know that the Aldi 'light' beers actually come out of the Carlton United brewery in melbourne and are infact the same as Carlton "light ice" stubbies with different labelling on them.
so yeh havign said that.....Tevion could just be some other brand rebadged.....
