Gday everyone. Just been having brake problems lately with the front discs warping. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar prob on their cars or is it just me. Also i am looking into replacing the front discs with slotted ones from DBA and am just wondering if they are worth the upgrade and what kind of life(under normal use) can i expect out of them.

mate all i can say is do it and you wont regret it i have dbd slotted on the front of the altera and bendix advance pads and she stops like a dream no probs with them ind ive had them 12 months now also i have slotted all round with bendix advance on the verada too even better all round.

sorri but how can u tell when ur discs are warped???
mine makes a real bad grindin now after drivin for a while

if they are warped u can feel it in yur foot wen u push on the brake pedal..

like its a bump every time it goes around

Depending on how bad they are warped you may find your steering shakes as well regardless of whether your doing 60 or 110.
