Just got my new Ralliart and the sound system's not working. It is the eclipse stock standart unit. It is coming up with errors.

I believe it has got to do with wanting the security CD from the Previous owner, but not 100% sure. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with this.

there should be a code written inside of the owners handbook/ service manual that you simply type into the cd player, well thats what i had to do with mine but its only a verada

Yeah I have got the code but apparently you need to make a security CD when you set it up to first activate then you put the code in.

simplest way see your nearest mitsu dealer and get them to do it for ya, they should do it free of charge if its stock

There is NO general numerical code on the Eclipse!

The security CD input is optional, but it may have been set by the previous owner. However, there should be a leaflet that came with the Eclipse owners manual that gives a phone number to talk to Fujitsu who can provide an over-ride unlock code (presumably once they've established you're kosher!).
