So did we ever decide on what was safe to clean the MAS on the 3rd gens with? You can use carby cleaner on hotwire type airflow sensors, but on a Karman Vortex Meter???

Spray-on electrical contact cleaner. DO NOT use carby cleaner on any type of MAF.

Would Isopropyl Alcohol be okay guys?

You wouldn't believe what I have cleaned with the stuff ;)
