it finally happened. my clutch has been going 4 the last few weeks and just been waiting 4 some money 2 do the job. unfortunally when i was coming home from brisbane on thursday i pulled up 2 a set of lights and they went green so i went 2 go but couldnt. my clutch was goooone. its of 2 clutch heavan. so i had 2 get it towed 2 the workshop and its getting fixed. my gearbox and clutch are getting done. so late next week when i get my baby back i'll have not much money in my pocket but my ride will be back 2 new. YAY. cant wait 4 2 get her back. i've been missing her so much. just hope it doesnt cost anymore than what i budgeted 4. anyway cheers 4 listening 2 my sorrow.

Hey man. Thats gotta suck. I guess thats the fault about putting off and putting off stuff. I wish I could of done that with stuff I needed to do to my car. It needed 2 front tyres (the old ones were past illegal), new rear brake pads (old ones sqeeked horribly), all 4 discs mashined (new pads on rear, and front brakes vibrated cause of previous owner putting on new pads and not mashining brakes). Once they were done the car was great to drive (could do hillstarts on mild hills without spinning the wheels). Im kinda worried about the clutch in my magna though. It had work done on it about 60,000 kms ago, but this is my first magna, so Im not too sure how long it needs b4 servicing. Mind you, my dad is always saying "You should get the clutch cable adjusted at each oil change service". He hasnt realised that cars have hydrolic clutches. My m8's kingswood from the 70's has a hydro clutch. Mind you, my dad has only owned 3 cars in his lifetime. ('62 bug, cable clutch, '76 escort, cable clutch, '84 accord, cable clutch). After that, it has always been automatic company cars, so he hasnt realised that cars have hydro clutchs, so he is always going on about keeping the magna in neutral at lights with my foot off the clutch so that if the cable snaps, the motor doesnt stall. Anyway, that has been my ramblings, a bit off topic. Just something else off topic? what the hell happened to the website? I tried logging on yesterday, and it said the website was down. Was it down or was it a joke???

the thing with the website was a joke. yea back on topic. i wish i had the money so i could have repaired it straight away. anyhow next week my baby is gonna be awesome. just gotta get shockies done and she'll run perfect. thanx 4 the response dude. and btw i'm just reaching 200,000 kms. so all major problems that normally occur around there in the TR magna have been fixed 4 me as far as i know. hopefully.

Problems at 200,000 kms? Dont tell me that! The shocks make small creaking sounds every now and then. The car is currently at 159,000 kms  , but I guess there isnt much else to go wrong. (Glad I have a wooden computer desk. lol). I guess I shall see how I go. I reakon I will do about 25 - 30 thousand a year in it, so hopefully I will have the money set aside for it.... :
