Well I replaced the front rocker cover gasket and I still have an oil leak???

What else should I be looking for ??

could be a number of things, depending on where the leak is. if its on the back off the head(above gearbox) it could be the rear cam shaft seal leaking which is only a matter of removing two 12mm head bolts and resealing with some sealant. any thing else and there will be a bit more envolved. ie sump gasket, front camshaft seals(which envolves removing timing belt), rear rocker cover gasket.
