Piss easy son, see the black plastic cover on top of the grill, well you just unscrew those plastic lugs and pull that off, then you will see six clips attaching the grill to the car, you move the clips to the opposite side that they already are with a flat head screwdriver and it should just pop off.

Long flat head screwdriver...
in the top left and right and in the bottom left and right there is a little grey tab... you bush it to the sides... it looks like this sort of ...

So you push it to the left or right and it will pop through the back of the grill there is also 2 more ... one in the top centre (near the latch and the other in the bottom centre.
do the same for these...
In total there is 6 of these little clips...
Once they have all be disengaged they will remain attached to the car.. adn you will pull the grill of the front.
It is a good idea to them remove this little tabs and click them BACK into the grill so that they dont get lost..
Then to MOD your grill simply unscrew with phillips head screw driver the front of the grill from the meshy bit.
you can then try and add your new mesh...
If you are keen you can carefully cut ou the grill bars so that there is nothing in the grill on either side and then mesh the two large holes.
To install the new grill, screw back on the front of the grill and then simply align the six clips into their 6 SQUARE HOLES and gently push until you hear a click from each of the holes...
Your done.
PS some people remove the top plastic little skirt that is around the latch asembly.. it is a matter of a few plastic philips head screws...
I hope you can understand this :)
If you need some pics I can send them tomorrow if you want. just email me.

Unscrewed the four normal plastic lugs in the black cover on top of the grill, but how do I get the two out with totally flat heads :? :?

You shouldnt have to worry about them...
But I gues you could wrap some cloth around you needle nose and gentle lift them up.

If i remember correctly the ones that dont have screws are deceiving little things. I am pretty sure you push the centre of the screw down with a phillips head (or something similar) they should release and then you just pull them out......it is hard to explain. I am sure someone out there can explain it better than i can.

dude thsi is soooo easy!! i did it in 3mins. where do you live/ im coming over. once u get the top plastic piece off, the grill is just attached with clips, with should be white, i think, and then clip inot a black holder. u dont even need a screwdriver, just push down on the clip so it disloges.
