Rims and super low springs. If you go super low you'll need new shocks as the shock piston will bottom out on big bumps. Go 17 inch rims with 225/45 rubber. This is a really good profile because it doesn't make the rims look small like my 235/45's do.
If you haven't or not going to do the interior, go a really dark window tint. I've stayed clear only because i have leather and i like ppl to see it

ok, do not go near supercheap as the name suggests, you get what you pay for. If you do go rims, get a package. I got rims and rubber for $1650 and got king springs installed for $350 and that was done to the height i wanted

Another guy in perth has been asking the same questions for his 4 cylinder auto.
Seeing it is an auto they were never designed as a performer. If you want some noise that'll turn some heads grab a K&N pod. If you look on the intake pipes you'll notice to big containers one on top and one under. Remove then and replace with a poweraide lid. This will louden your car up with a new pod and will sound very nice

Just go to a tyre a joint, make sure you go to one that specialise in mags and stuff like that. $2000 will get you nice rims and lowered

Ahh...red hay...

Id drop it super hard with a nice set of chrome 18s... and dark tints..

as for noise...either a pod...or just goto an exhaust joint n get ya rear muff chopped off...theyll put a strait thre pipe and itll be louder...

Id did that with my TS wagon...sounded decent for a car with *** all power...

on the intake pipe, between the air box and the throttle body there are 2 black looking boxes on the pipe. Remove these boxes and replace with poweraide lids. Getting rid of these boxes when using a pod increases noise because the boxes are there 2 resinate the the intake noise

do you have to have a pod filter in order to do this?

oh true! so it wont cause any dramas to the car? wont affect fuel ecconomy either? has someone got a photo to point out where this is under the hood?! (sorry about the 20 questions ;) )

I did this pic for someone not too long ago.. I'll put it up again :)

It wont affect fuel economy. And if you dont experience any gains, you can always put them back.

People have had varied results with this. So give it a try and if you dont like it, put them back.
