Last night I decided to have a browse of the MOGWA magna forums for something to do (it had been about 3 months since my last visit - so I figured there might be something new on there lol )

I came across a topic discussing the development of custom inlet manifolds to suit 3rd Gen Magnas by a perth workshop. All opinions of said workshop aside - I was wondering what y'all thought of these initial pics?? (I know some of you will have already seen these and have probably already expressed interest or offered feedback on MOGWA):

Following pics show the 'prototype' design for a "single T/B version:

These are of the twin T/B version:

So for those that haven't yet seen them - there you have it. Prices have been mentioned at around the $850 mark just for the manifolds.

I'm interested in hearing frank opinion on the product (not the workshop). Do you think it would be a worthwile mod? Do you think the prototypes look good? Would you expect significant gains from such a modification? Do you think the price mentioned are reasonable?

Personally - I think any performance engineering shop could throw together the same thing for half the price - considering it looks like they've just cut the runners of a stk magna manifold and welded them to a larger chamber.

It maybe worthwhile with a large throttle body to suit which would be an additional 500 or so which must be taken into account plus retuning.

The manifold by itself without a new TB would be useless in my opinion, but with a large TB gains might be good. I'll be egerly awaiting the dyno results :D
