Hi everyone i stuffed my turbo i don't know how or what caused it but the front compressor wheel broke some of the fins off. And i think some of the broken parts went into the motor i have tried to piece the compressor wheel back together but some little bits I can not find. I have pulled every thing apart the air filter all the pipes but can not find anything that might have caused this to happen. Anyway I am after the sigma turbo supplement book if any body has it could they scan a pic of the assembly page please

may i suggest tho, you may have more luck at sigma galant for that scan. those guys do the conversion on there often.

i have been outside pulling the turbo apart finaly found out how to get the intake wheel off i want to rebuild the turbo but i am now stuck at how to get the exhaust wheel off without damaging the shaft if its not bent already

ive rebuilt at least 10 turbos now days using this process, its a pretty simple job. you will just obviosly need new wheels :cry: but its the same process
