Hi Beckie, Welcome to Aussie Magna :D Enjoy your stay

Not to be pedantic but they are more referred to as frosted tail lights here (I have a set). There was talk about clear ones for the TJ model onwards (i am pretty sure) but I have always been skeptical and are still yet to see them. I don't know if there is a place that sells them in QLD but you can get them online via OZEParts http://www.ozeparts.com.au/ OZEParts were very good to me when I bought something online. I bought my frosted tail lights in a group buy here a while back.

Just bare in mind that they are not ADR compliant so they are not exactly road legal (intended for show purposes only) but like myself and many others... so far no one has been questioned with them....BUT... if you get tail ended as yet if your insurance company doesn't know about/approved them you could have a voided claim.

Don't mean to play scare mongery here but it is better you know what the go is before you buy. Saying this I am glad I got mine (click on my signature link for a pic)

P.S. Do a forum search on frosted tail lights... you are bound to find more info on what you are loooking for

Despite being a complete rice fan...I like my tinted style tailights better  Sometimes they go on sale on the forum, but yeh, ozeparts would be ur best bet.

Oh, btw, welcome to aussiemagna.....you'll have jolly good fun here. :bowrofl: :D

Does any one know if the quad looking head lights on a verada will fit my 1998 executive???

You mean parabolics? (twin rounded lights) They are hard to get a hold of easily and come at a price... again, I don't know about QLD.... maybe one of your country folk can steer you in the right direction. People get them from wreckers here normally, but they are a sought after item... $$$

Not saying 'dont keep asking' but do try the search function here on that as well... again it will give you a lot more info. I hear some of the parabolic headlights need rewiring for non verada's due to the parking lights being in the bumper but someone else can clear that up.

Edit: I have wanted parabolics even before I bought my magna lol http://neilk.customer.netspace.net.au/smiley/cry.gif

oh oh, parabolics? the headlights on verada/vrx/sports? (they are slightly different). Yes they will fit, but gay to wire up....They're rather rare and usually very expensive.

Doh, Hyper's too fast. lol I hate wreckers, all the cars are always smashed. I can't even find a grill!

but gay to wire up....

Me thinks eek must have been thinking about something else GAY :bowrofl: , Parabolics are relatively easy to wire up, the only issue is the parker if you get paras that come out of a Verada and not a Sports etc.

SUpermarket carparks are the best place to go for grills, side mirrors, badges, mags, spoilers, seats, steering wheels, airbags..... :shifty:
