I had the same problem here when I ordered my 'Diamante rear garnish" from the Hobart dealer. They tried to tell me it's didn't exist. They also told me that there was no such thing as a sports bodykit made for the magna

I can understand them not being able to supply a diamonte boot garnish as diamontes were never sold in Aus - your best bet would be a wrecker in US/Japan/NZ for something like that.
As far as the "Sports" body kit - you may need to be a bit more specific. The parts are actually from a special edition "Sports Wagon" which I'm pretty sure was part of the TH range. I know all of us on here know what you're talking about when you say "Sports body Kit" but technically speaking (and as far as I know) - "Sports" model magna sedans have never come with any "body styling" apart from rear spoilers.
*edit* - oh yeah, and in answer to the original question about VRX kit parts check out www.ssv.com.au - I'm assuming the VRX kits they sell are genuine based on the price compared to other kits they sell.

GSR kit is for TE/TF tho yeah?
TH/TJ vrx kit is what I thinking bout but cant justify $2000 plus when the sports wagon kit is $1000 ish all up.
As I'm in QLD I would love to get some info on the quality of the car mate vrx kit as it is by far the better priced compared to the ssv kit, unless some ones got a genuine one out there for $1200 ish lol

I know Sydney Special Vehicles aren't cheap but they do a great job. They supplied, painted, meshed and fitted my bonnet vents for around $350.
Btw, they will give Aussie Magna Club members a discount if you ask them. I know this 'cos I set it up with the owners, Ken and Steve White (ask for either of them when you call) after I had the work done.

Well I might have to wait till I get down south eh?
Might drop in and have a word when I'm in Sydney next.
Would like to check out the carmate kit too as it is more realistically priced :D

I wonder how much the genuine kit is worth from Mitsubishi?

Well for the VRX front spoiler (2 parts) MMAL said $380 unpainted so this makes carmate and SSV a little more appealing.
Just emailed carmate and they can do the front vrx spoiler for $400, paint and fit $300. :(
