its just weird how it sits there with nothing near it that needs to be pluged in to it
please tell me its my turbo plug so when i plug it some where i gain an instant 100kw :bowrofl:

It's hooked up to the main wiring that goes to the starter motor
Off the battary over the gearbox and around to the back of the engine YES?
If you can run a volt meter of it should either get a 12v's constant or some voltage when you turn the engine over would say its a AUX conector for something they never got around to adding to the car, from the cars i have striped manual, auto, efi, carb, it's never been conected to anything

P.S if you don't got a Volt GO BUY ONE YOU CHEAP....! or find a LED stick one end the contector and earth the other,

Maybe it's similar to the auto's plug in the glove box, that's used for diagnosing?

yup mines unplugged too. its prob a diagnostic for the gearbox.

No, diagnostic's behind the glovebox.

My only guess is it's for another motor. When they modified the Sigma to fit an Astron in, they never took that plug out of the loom.

Defently not a diagnostic wire
Most likely something to do with the change over from Sigma to Magna, lots of things the same, anyone had alook at the wiring diagram? will have a look tonight

P.S. hay Gav reckon i should change it to *Girl wanted:Smart, Funny, Good with Spell Check,Flair for world domination,
