remove the engine and gearbox...
you will drop about 500kg straight away....
and also there will be a NOTICABLE power difference...
cant remember if its faster or slower *scratches chin*

Well depends how much cash you got really.. if you wanna spend up issues $$ on lightweight engine components, etc etc.. could lose weight there.. but is it really worth it ?

Go for a run everyday, about 10 mins a day will see you shed some kilo's :P
They're actually not that heavy compared to commo's and falcons (the TR/TS range anyway)
You can remove the spare tyre I guess...not legal but you can.

Remove all the panels and the glass. Won't cost you a thing and you'll lose some major weight. :bowrofl: :bowrofl:
Nah but seriously if you replace some of the panels (bonnet, boot, etc) with fibreglass or carbon fibre ones and replace the glass with plastic you'll shed a few kilos. Carbon fibre bit's will cost you though. Like almost $1000 for a bonnet.

B.T.W - Those mods in ur sig, you're actually gonna do them to a 1991 TR 4cyl? Man save your money and just buy a 2nd Gen 6cyl. :P

remove the front passenger & rear seats, and when you fill up with pertrol put no more than 1/4 tank in.
