Hi all,

I have a 1997 TF 3.0L

I spoke to power steering specialist place today and they told me that it would cost around $900-$1000 to replace my leaking power steering rack because they have to remove the engine to get at it. Is this correct?

Many thanks in advance.

Its bullcrap.
You replace them in the car, ive done about 5... they are common to leak heavily on 3rd gen magnas about 5-8years old.
expect 2-3hours labour for the job... its a bit fiddily
