Nice, what is the Ipod stand attached to dude? Is it locked in behind the dash somehow? I cannot quite see from the images. :)

hehhe, that shows he did a good job!!
There's a bracket screwed right onto the centre console and sprayed the same colour. Did i get it right? :P It looks schmick as!! Good work on the spray job too, looks MINT. Where does the fat cable go into the dash?
Wipe ur dirty finger prints off the dash :rant:

Sorry bout the finger prints, was so keen to take photos with it all together and done, I forgot to clean it first :nuts:
The bracket I made from 60 thou aluminium (alclad) and its riveted on, the cable goes in through a slot in the side of the console facia.

Yeah, no probs. Its a spare console facia so who cares.
The beauty of rivits is they dont loosen off :badgrin:
Each to their own I guess? I couldn't image putting holes in someones dash face but I guess as the owner you're allowed to what ever you like hey!? :D:D:D

Yeah well as I said, its a spare one which had some holes and stuff wrong with it already. I kept the original facia, well original.
Whether I screwed or riveted it there would still be holes in the dash lol
thought about velcro and stuff but wanted to get a good solid mount to stop as much vibration as possible.
