Hey guys, i'm sick of the sound of my car and i wanna know what mufflers you all have and post some sounds if you can get them / got them. I currently have a 2 1/4 with a lukey ultraflow and 22" hotdog but i'm over the sound, it doesnt get good until 4 grand, so i want something with a sharper note etc.. i know some 3rd gens with genie cannons and they sound hell nice so im thinking about going one of those but eh, not too keen on a cannon.

But mine has Extractors/CAT/Hotdog/Redback Muffler 2.25
Very little sound below 3000 grand 4500-6000 sounded nice and meaty cam only made it better
Getting a 2.5 HF cat/resonator/ 2 HF lukeys one either side soonish

I'ts all trial and error for these cars sorry mate ^^^ will most likely changed within weeks of haveing it fitted

ive just got a supercat muffler. it does the job, and it sounds good. none of that ricey sorta excel sound. all a nice deep note. i forget wat size it is... ill go and have a look abit later

forgot to say that i got another straight thru Lukey muffler welded in underneath the car. so its 2.5" piping from the cat (in the engine bay on the carbs) to a lukey straight thru muffler, then all the way back to a hi-flow supercat. very nice sounding if i dont say so myself.
