Well here is a Photo of the $9.95 Gear shift Bag I got from a Well known Car parts Retailer who sells them Cheap (Name not used for fear moderators may not like external Company plugging)

It was a fair Mongrel to fit.. I threaded one of the original screw holes so it is now being held in by 3 screws and not 4..

As far as the Original Gear shift boot is concerned, stay tuned as it is about to be modded next week......
Lets Just say Neon will be involved

Standard black one had deteriorated after 10 years so it had to go....
and at $9.95 it was a bargain replacement..

The Shoe Lace is the Thing keeping it attached to that plastic thing below the gear knob.. I would love to be able to dirch it but it is unfortunately essential.. It is like the Top part of the Elastic on the Gear Bag..
